The tiny mustard seed of greatness!
You know, I sit and wonder why life is the way it is.
We all have our struggles, our downfalls, our great times..
We all allow ourselves to be drown by the pain of our pasts, the uncertainty of our future,
the mistakes we daily make.. But as I read this quote.. the simplicity of life comes streaming back into my hands..
faith.
All we need to do is keep the faith.
Easier said than done, because of course we live in a society where we are taught that we control everything.. we control how much money we will make by our "ambition to succeed", we control if we want to go left or right because we are "superior"...right?...Wrong.
We are created.. not the creator.
But alas, if we live daily, humbly before our God, living according to His Word and through His love...His shield of favor goes before us, protecting us..
and if we keep the faith.....even the smallest amount, lets say the mustard seed....this quote yells at us, the honest truth.....
"Remember: we can approach the future with confidence because we know the end from the beginning -- the mustard seed wins the day."
................I may be uncertain and even in the best of times doubt, but I am going to keep my head held high and say I know I can face tomorrow and approach the future, because my God goes with me...my seed will grow strong and mighty.
